I have authored a series of guides aimed at building understanding and inclusion across a large division of a multinational insurance company. It was shared with more than 1,000 colleagues and helped raise awareness, offer practical guidance and encouraged more inclusive ways of working.

In my voluntary role with St Albans Striders (a local running club), I designed and delivered a tailored member survey to gather meaningful insights on engagement, satisfaction and future priorities.
From shaping the survey questions to analysing responses and presenting clear, actionable findings, the project helped the club better understand its members and the results helped to confidently plan their next steps.
Award entries
I have written award-winning entries on behalf of pension clients to demonstrate the real-world impact of their communications and how these initiatives have positively affected the lives of their members.
My work has included submissions for industry publications such as Professional Pensions and Pensions Age, translating complex projects into clear, compelling narratives that highlight outcomes, engagement and measurable success.
